The project team meeting took place on Wednesday, 11th of July 2018 in the Municipality of Nova Crnja, at the Lead Beneficiary premises, and started at 10:00 o’clock (SER time). The meeting was leaded by the Activity Coordinator, according to following topics from the agenda previously discussed and approved by the project partners:
Presentation of implemented activities within the project
Activity Coordinator – Branislav Milosav presented all the activities that have been implemented so far within the project. Team members discussed on each conducted / ongoing activity individually according to Activity plan, especially those that are foreseen for
the fourth quarter. The debate consisted in mutual information about the progress of activities performed on both side of the border, in accordance with the adopted Activity and Communication Plan.
Monitoring the progress of the project and undertaking corrective actions if necessary
Based on the conversation from the previous topic, discussion continued with the second points of the agenda. The conclusion is that the project is currently running according to the Action plan, without delays which could jeopardize the implementation of the project and which could have implications in terms of spending of funds. Debate on the status of public procurement procedures
Partners are discussed about Contracting plan of each partner. Ending with 11th of July, all public procurements are finished or are in the process, without delays which could jeopardize the implementation of the project.
Debate on the most important activities that lie ahead
The focus in the debate was on the activities that will follow in the next 3 months (until the end of the project realization on 13th of October), with a special emphasis on outputs and deliverable achievements. Partners preliminary agreed on dates for mayor events lie ahead (Cyclo fest and conferences) which will be held on the first half of October, as well as on activities regarding the cross-border platform and project web portal / DeTours finalization.
